  I bought VW Golf 2015 model 1.6 TDI Bluemotion from Lancaster Volkswagen Towcester in Jun 2017. Two weeks later I have recived V5, but it was for completely diffrent car. VW Towcester mixed up V5 and registered different car in my name. I recived another letter this time from police, it was speeding ticket for driving the car that was wrongly registered in my name and I have not seen. It took a while to sort his mess up, few letters and phone calls. VW Towcester never apologise for causing me all this hassle. I also have a problem with the car. After few weeks brakes started making irritating "squick" , " grinding" noise coming from the rear wheels when driving at low speed but not pessing brake pedal. I booked my car in for check. Next day I have been told that is nothing wrong with my car. I ask for the car to be road tested again. Following day they said yes there is a squick but brakes are not covered under VW warranty. Service manager John advise me that they can fit new set of brake pads and disk cost £500ish and this will resolve my issiue. I was shocked to hear this as car was just two years old with 23000miles on the clock and brakes down by 20%. Now more problems with the car PDF filter warning light glowing on the dashboard. Again this is not covered under VW warranty. Stay away from VW cars and VW Lancaster Towcester. Bunch of cowboys and ignorants that only interested in making commision.
